I hired Paint Kings to do a simple paint job of the entire interior and exterior of my **** historic ***** sq ft home. I was told that they would take the best care of my home, that all their painters are highly professional and all project managers consistently pop in and check on their jobs/workers. This could not be further from the truth, Paint Kings treated my home like it was dumpy shed they where painting. The Interior Paint Job damages:- over-sprayed excessively all over my 90 year old historic floors - dripped runny paint down my walls and onto other surfaces - painted over some of my door nobs - painted over a set of my keys - over-sprayed on my historic exposed brick wall - painted some of the glass on my windows - removed my fridge from my kitchen and dragged it all the way into my living room across my wood floors causing deep groove scratches - Removed some electrical face plates but not all - painted over curtain rod supports/hooks.Over all very sloppy prep work causing a significant amount of damages.Exterior ********* ***** washed one of my screens causing it to start to shred (this is a brand new screen along with all the rest in my home.- painted over large pieces of chipping paint - sloppy window taping off causing uneven lines around windows.Behavioral Issues - Painters where drinking and drunk while on the job (see photos)- Found beer cans all over my back yard and in their trash piles - Coverd my back security camera with a painters rag - I walked in on them drinking a 5th of ******** inside my home (my handyman and neighbor saw this too)- On the camera I have footage of them talking very loudly in my front and side yard about sexual conduct, drinking, and really nasty things about their project manager *******. All of this cause major damages, loss of my money/time, embarrassment, and risk of injury and liability. I am asking paint kings to compensate me for all of this by removing the remaining balance of $3,804.00.
