I paid for their services, but they didnt provide full services and are refusing a refund.Business response

Hello *****. Thanks for reaching out. It appears on our end that we provided 4 services to your property and switched the frequency as well based on your request. We also have a signed contract stating your service schedule. I am going to go ahead and clear your balance for you. I will not be able to provide any refund for the services rendered. I had called the company customer service 2 weeks before my last scheduled appointment which was scheduled for the 20th of March to let them know I would like my subscription cancelled with them. The customer service representative agreed and said my March 20th appointment will be my final and the subscription would automatically cancel afterwards. But after the last appointment on Monday i was still charged for another subscription which i called to tell them must be a mistake but the customer representative insisted i must be billed and cannot cancel my subscription and decided to escalate the matter.I would like to file a formal complaint and make sure the business no longer contacts me.
