I am reaching out to you in regards to a very concerning situation that took place yesterday around 4pm with the manager of store number **** in ********, **. I saw an advertisement online for 50% off all Pizza's items through the Dominos online ordering process and decided to order 2 Hand Tossed Pizza's, 32 Parmesan Bread Bites, Cinnamon Twist and 3 Lava Cakes. When I received the incorrect order, I called to have the pizzas remade, what happened after that has never ever ever happened to me in my history as an adult dealing with a corporate, well-respected brand. I think it is important to also know that I have never placed a complaint and this is the first I have ever done it because of the egregious nature of what took place. I also ask that you please review your cameras and hear/see the way your store manager was cursing at me for absolutely no reason. I called to inform him my Pizza was made incorrectly and when I did not hear a response to my concern I asked (Not Rudely) did I lose you and He said "YES I AM F****** HERE!" I then asked why he cursed and he said because you cursed at me, I then said no I didn't and even if I did your supposed to be a professional, he then said I don't care what you want, your F****** Pizza will be ready in 30 minute. At this point I checked the number to make sure I really called dominos and asked my wife to start recording because I could not believe this was happening. I then told him I no longer want a Pizza because of the way he was treating me and wanted a refund and he said "I Don't care what you f****** want your pizza will be ready in 30 minutes" and hung up. I then had to go back in and collect a pizza from this lunatic because that was the only option I was given. Even after all of this I was going to let it go, maybe he was having a really bad day and we don't know what people are going through but today, myself, my wife, and my daughter all feel extremely ill.
