It has been an absolute pleasure to work with ********************************* of EZ Flow Plumbing. Hes exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, respectful, patient and helpful in meeting your plumbing needs. He takes the extra time to methodically diagnose the problem, come up with the correct solution and answer all of your questions and concerns. ******* exhibits a high standard, honest work ethic which is sadly all too uncommon these days! I highly recommend him and EZ Flow Plumbing. The office staff are very pleasant to talk with and quick to get you scheduled for service. This was our first time using EZ Flow Plumbing and I would definitely use them again. ****** with EZ Flow Plumbing was at our house within 15 after contacting EZ Flow. ******* came in and quickly accessed our problem and gave me an estimate. He fixed the problem and answered all of my questions. ******* is great at want he does and like I said before I would use them again.Review from Tanis B

We chose EZ Flow to replace our entire home sewer line after speaking with multiple companies. First off, their office manager Morgann was very professional and customer oriented, which prompted us to go forward with a quote from them. Our sewer line involved some unusual and very careful concrete cutting and coring so as to avoid damage to the concrete near our newly installed shower pan. We chose to put our trust in EZ Flow, and we could only hope it could be done without damage to the shower for it was a very tight space in that area for the work. Service Manager ********************* was more than patient with my NUMEROUS phone calls prior to the job. Fully knowing our needs and concerns crew members ***** and ***** and ****** completed the job with expertise, professionalism and respectfulness. No damage was done to our shower area and to be honest, we were hopeful but anxiously concerned that it could be done. And the rest of the replacement was as promised. I believe EZ Flow was put to the test with our concerns and I would occasionally think that ****** must be thinking twice before going forward with our repair. First time I have ever called and used this company. I was greeted with professionalism and friendly service. They called well in advanced letting me know that they were on their way. Once they arrived, they explained exactly what was going to happen and how the job was going to be fixed. The price was very reasonable, too. EZ FLow did a great job replacing our sewage system in two bathrooms and kitchen. A BIG shout out to ***** and ****, as well as the rest of the team, they all were very professional and did fabulous job. It was a big job that they completed very efficiently and took great care communicating with us while they worked. They did exactly what they said they would do, and met all challenges head on. From the first time when ***** came out, I knew this company was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, honest and upfront. I had EZ Flow out for a second opinion of an issue that another plumber who basically didn't know what he was talking about. He went directly to the worst case scenario of costing thousands of dollars and jackhammering a good portion of our flooring. Had ***** out and he found the issue which was pretty minimal in comparison to what other plumber said. Had EZ Flow out for a second time to run sewer scope. Each time you all have been out, you have been on time, very knowledgeable, very thorough and reasonable. I will not use any other plumbing company. Definitely will refer out to any/all family, friends and clients.
