SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! This company is a Scam ! They get you to agree to terms to "Buy" your property using a "Fake Investor " and "Fake " proof of funds to make you feel comfortable to proceed. Nothing is the truth with this company and if they were a real company and not a scam they would have set up escrow , sent the title company real funds to close. Not all of a sudden LIE to me and say they are "Adding" an investor to the documents and need a bit of extra time when they didn't have a buyer nor real intentions to buy my house in the first place. They had me evict my month to month tenants at $1875 a month on 4/1 bc of your intent to purchase. Wow! You guys are unreal! I'm out an extra 4k bc of this alone . Expected differently . A very disappointed, dissatisfied, and IRATE former client.

      Dear BBB,

We completely disagree with this complaint.

The complaintee claims we we provided false proof of funds. We did not. The POF provided is from by our lender Alta Funding. A well known and established lender. You can call them to confirm our proof of funds if needed.

The complaintee is making false and inaccurate claims out of ignorance.

He also signed a contract that he is not honoring so in order to appease him, we allowed him to cancel it although it is out right to move forward.

But again we allowed him to cancel.

Again his complaint if false and completely inaccurate.

We 100% disagree with this complaint.

BBB please call me so we can explain in detail. 602-332-8982

      Thank you,

      Victor Heredia

If this company were legitimate the proof of funds would have been. Accepted. The Titke company never received funds to close via the companies "Proof of Funds" another lie . Feel free to contact Tiago Title . These guys claim to have buyers or as they put it "investors" when they don't have anyone and keep dragging things out and won't just be honest. They had me evict my tenants bc they had an "Investor who was purchasing it"

They scammed me by what I stated in my complaint and I truly hope NO ONE ELSE goes through this.

They even tried keeping me on the hook. See attached and CONSUMERS BEWARE!!

Use a REALTOR these people do not operate honestly.

ALL STATEMENTS ARE MY FACTS REGARDING MY TRANSACTION WITH THEM AND ARE HERE FOR REFERENCE TO OTHERS.

      Dear BBB,

Again we wholly disagree with the complaintee.

He signed a contract and an addendum agreeing to all the terms of our contract.

Even then we allowed him to cancel, which we did not have to. Legally we could have move forward and even clouded the title to his home which is our right. But we did not.

He simply got impatient, that was all. We could have taken legal action against him, but we chose not to.

We never provided false proof of funds and our agreement was crystal clear. He claimed our representative told him the agreement is "irrelevant". That is absurd, why would anyone say or believe this?

We provided screenshots of texts messages to and from the complaintee that he was in agreement with everything but claims he was not. The text messages prove otherwise and in addition to this our contract is clear. I can provide it to the BBB if needed.

Again to clarify, we told him that he had the option to move forward as we agreed or he could cancel. We gave him the option. He chose to cancel which we did.

So his complaint has no merit, and we will not accept it being published on our BBB listing.

      Thank you,

      Victor

They lied to me so they WILL lie to you to say whatever bc they have no repercussions to cancel the contract with you. IN MY OPINION SCAM SCAM SCAM. Not resolved! Stay away from these people and use a legitimate Realtor. These people will SCAM you if you allow them.

They have been calling and harassing me for almost 3 years now to purchase our home in ************. We have told them multiple times that we are not interested, we are currently renting it out and we reside in ******. Despite all this, they continue to call and text me multiple times a week from multiple numbers. We have asked them multiple times to remove my ******** number and stop calling yet they continue to do so.

      Dear BBB,

We dont normally service ********* but we also looked up the address and phone number and neither are in our database.

The complaint is clearly a case of mistaken identity. In additon our primary marketing channel is mail and not telemarketing.

Again, this person is nowhere in our database and we have never spoken to them.

      Thank you!
