My husband has a world of patience for the working man....,I do not. I call it as I see it.*********************** of AllStar Roofing does not supervise his staff and pulls a switch and bait on his customers. He shifts personnel around sometimes qualified, sometimes not, and mostly unsupervised by this working owner/*******.My husband called a ridiculous twenty-four times in four weeks asking for a call back on warranty service for work performed less then five months ago and he only called back once in two dozen calls. Most of those calls were met with a answering machine that would not take any further messages.Then my husband baited him to call back by leaving a message he had new work to be performed on another area of the home and that was the only call back at this writing he got, but when he heard the warranty service had to be completed too...he never called back even though he flat promised he would within a week. Two dozen call backs and five messages left in over four weeks, and he never called back or visited the work site.Put simply..this business needs to have its license revoked. The consumer is at risk the minute *********************** shows up. My husband says lets just get the work done, and I say he is a glutton for punishment....they are totally unreliable, provide near zero supervision, and inconsistent workmanship. **************** is nonexistent. I have exhausted all patience with them.

1/1/21 Hired All Star Improvements, **************************************, Hired this company to Re-Coat my Flat Roof @ $1800.00, I Ask the Owner **************************** if the roof needed any repairs and He stated the roof was in Good Shape One year latter selling my current home the roof Inspection- Guess What ? Roof in bad Shape and Per this *********** its been like this for a long time ? Pictures Provided 2022 / ***************** To All Star Improvements VM Box FULL- EMAILED Company No Reply So Better Business Bureau- Being Im 73 Years old on FIXED INCOME, I Truly FEEL THiS BUSINESS LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED, Im Not the only ONE WHO GOT IT STUCK TOO!!! I Should Get My Money Back BUT I know that WONT HAPPEN
