I called a couple of days ago to cancel my order completely. I have an emergency that has happened in the last three weeks. I have no air and this is priority. It is costly. ******** called today with an attitude because she is losing her commission. Last week when I called the blinds were not even made. Now, they are made. Plus, I am down with the covid and my health and ac is full priority. The partial amount is on check 396 in the amount of $605.00. Cashed on 8/9.Business response

We have spoken to the customer directly. Upon her frustration, we have come to an agreement. She is aware that her deposit is non-refundable and all her products have been delivered and are ready to be installed. We have agreed to postpone the install date to allow the customer extra time to figure out her AC and health. She has agreed to still move forward with the product and pay for the full amount. She also apologized to us for her reaction being so harsh. You can hear that in the voicemail she sent to our Director of Sales *******.
