Zero stars??Ive had coverage with this branch of state of state farm for over a year. I needed to make a claim, and their representatives were notorious for never calling me back weeks and months on end. Ive always had multiple problems with these people being rude, and just nowhere to be found.On April 6 (its June) of 2023. I was in an accident and I made a claim on my insurance and they have still been charging me for insurance months later, when I dont even have a vehicle anymore. I feel swindled by this company they misrepresented themselves. And now theyre charging me for insurance theyre not even giving me coverage for. When I signed up, I had minimum criteria that I was looking for in car insurance. I told them I wanted my benefit for car rental and the only way I wouldve gone with the insurance company was if they had 100% coverage. They hid the fact that it was 80/20 coverage for a rental reimbursement and that made me mad too, because that was misrepresented. This company is a complete scam. probably why theyre not accredited with the BBB.
