I called this company talking to a woman named ***** and she sent a guy to my house who did the measurement on Sept. 13. My husband ***** gave him his credit card number because he wanted 1/2 down. Three weeks passsed without any message, so I called again and another woman **** said they couldn't find the measurement and proposal paper and promised to call me back once she found it. But I never got a call back, so I called again. This time they promised to send the same guy to my house to measure the window again, which he did on Oct. 13. You see, it took one month just to do the measurement. Druing my conversation with ***** and ****, both of them talked in an arrogant and rude tone . They didn't think it was their responsibility for the delay and negligence. Today is Oct. 20th. 2021, forty-one days after my first call. I called again to see if they have the measurement and start the order for my window, but amazingly I got the same response: "We can't find the meaurement and proposal ". What a sloppy company and team. Of course, the woman still talked rudely by keeping saying," I am trying to find the measurement paper and I will call you back." I know they will NEVERcall me back just as they fooled me the first time. Finally I called again in a very loud voice telling the woman to shut up when she yelled to me again . NEVER ever in my life have I dealt with a company's workers who are so incompetent, so inefficient, so rude, so uncredible, so arrogant, and so bully.This is a horrible company with a group of people without any decent breeding.
