On July 14th 2022 I took my sick puppy To the vet. They did a parvo test on my dog in my truck. I waited for about 45 minutes they came out and told me my dog had parvo the lady said that I could pay could pay almost $2000 for for her to stay there at the vet or I could do it at home for 500 and something dollars. I told her I would do it at home and I also got ahold of United animal friends who paid for $300 of it. I then gave the lady $200 who she took the money from Me in my truck and never brought me a receipt. After bringing the puppy home less than an hour later it was dead on my living room floor. I never touched the bag of medicine they gave me or the bag of ivy's they gave me so I immediately called them and asked them if if I could get my money back because I puppy was dead. They said that I could bring all the medicine back that I did not use and get my money back for that period I never touched any of the medicine so I went back the next day to try to get my money back then the lady proceed to tell me I couldn't get my money back because I had a balance. I told her how can I have a balance when my dog died less than an hour after I got home and all you guys did was give her 2 shots and a 1/2 a bag ivy and a parvo test. She then would not give me my money back but took the medicine back. They knew my dog was going to die they just wanted their money. My dog was half dead on the chair in my truck I told the lady that she seemed like she was dying and the lady gave me hope saying that she brought back a puppy that was that sick before period she gave me hope that my dog was going to live and then it died literally 30 minutes after I got home and I called them immediately. They just wanted their money and they don't care about The Animals. They don't realize that when you lose a pet You lose a family member. They told me they would reinverse me for the medicine they should have reinversed me for the medicine like they said. Instead They lied again
