      On or about 06/04/2022 I purchased a custom holster from NSR for $90.00. After 3 months had passed, I contacted ****/ NSR owner. He explained that they were backlogged, but would get to it. He couldnt provide a date. I corresponded with **** every few months for updates. I asked for a refund in January 2023. **** wrote that NSR wouldnt refund any custom order, but he would expedite it for an extra $40. I refused to pay more, believing that they would fulfill their obligation. I am now 15 months since payment and still have no product. Ive been emailing NSR monthly since May/2023. They, however, have stopped communicating with me. I just want a refund.

      Ordered custom holster May 1, 2022. Have yet to receive it but I can certainly expedite it as I've been told in the previous 6 emails I've sent to owner and customer service. I'm not giving NSR any additional money to expedite an order that I should have received already. I know this post is pointless but hopefully more folks come here before making the same mistake I did.

      I placed an order (*****) for $164 on January 22, 2022. It is November 11, 2022 and I still haven't received it. I also now know I'm not alone given the numerous BBB posts I found here. There has been no communication from NSR other than the occasional reply to my inquiries when pushed. In a March 21st email I was told '**** is currently finishing up all January 2021 custom orders.' In July when I reached back out I was offered an opportunity to pay an expedite fee in exchange for a confirmed ship date. I sent: 2 messages in July, 1 in August, 2 in September and 1 in October before I received a reply, after which I was told my order was almost ready to ship. After receiving zero communication I sent another message over three weeks later on October 27th requesting a refund, again. I've been more than patient despite the absence of communication and lack of transparency. I wanted a quality product and to support a reputable small company as a first-time customer. But now all I want is a full refund and to quit wasting my time trying to get someone to care and respond. A CC instructor and former customer suggested them, but I'll be sure to share my experience with him so other don't have to endure the same. I of course have the order confirmation, email attempts and few replies saved if I need to produce them.

      I emailed this company numerous times and all I get back is send more money and no ETA on arrival. I've asked for a refund more than three times and even filed a report but nobody helps or emails back.

      I failed to read the many similar complaints here on the BBB website before making the order.Can you help with the return of funds or item ordered? Money accepted by NSR Tactical LLC and no communications returned, no item received.I am shocked this company still exists after reading the many complaints against it.

      Ordered products from this site and still now word other than the company telling me to pay more money to get it in production faster. It's been 5 months with no word or any updates. If you contact them all they say is the covid virus messed everything up but seriously 5 months with no word other than to pay more money. I've spent over 300 dollars for products that I never received. I just want my products that I paid for over 5 months ago.

      I placed an order on 4/18/2022 for a *********** is now 7/10/2022 and the only response I have gotten is that I can expedite my order. I am afraid I have been scammed at this point and would like a refund. I will never buy anything from this company again and advise others not to as well.

      Placed order back on Jan 26 for 2 quick ship items, I have not received item 5 months later. No response to any emails sent for update.CC was billed on the date of order Obviously "Quick Ship" is a scam.

      I placed an order for a quick ship holster and magazine carrier on 1/17/2022, order number *****. The website says up to a week on lead times for quick ship items. It is now 3/17/2022 and I have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails, sent a direct message on the companys Instagram page, and left comments on the posts they make on Instagram with no replys. At this point I feel like I have been scammed.

      All lead times as stated on the website are estimated and not guaranteed. The holster is already at assembly and will be shipping out by the end of the day. 

      As the head of customer service I do not run the company Instagram page. I only answer emails and respond to the ******** page.
