            We hired Smart Plumbing and Septic to replace 2 septic tanks on our property. We were quoted for a **** gallon tank and lines at $32K. We ended up with a **** gallon tank at the same price (we were never notified that a **** gallon tank was going into the ground vs. the **** gallon). 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are going into this tank and it should be at least a **** gallon tank so now if we want to add anything to our property it will not pass without an upgrade to our current system. Also our irrigation system no longer works and I have been quoted 3-4K to fix. The company is saying that I knew my irrigation might be compromised which is false. They did mention that my irrigation "might" be impacted in one area of my property (very small) but my entire property is impacted. I would have never approved to move forward if my entire property 3/4 of an acre would be impacted. So now we paid for a system that too small for our property and have to replace the irrigation that was impacted. We need help with the irrigation expense and the ******* gallon deficit on the property.

            This morning I had a very similar experience as Linn C I was quoted $840 plus digging charges if necessary. The markets were clearly marked and since they were here and gone in less than an hour there could not have been much digging. It just myself and I have lived in this house full time for less than 6 months. My appointment was from ****. I had an 11 o'clock appointment three miles away so was gone for less than an hour. While waiting, I received an invoice for over $1300 including over $300 for digging and approximately $210 for pumping in excess of $1000. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND OVER INFLATE THEIR INVOICES. I would give them zero stars if possible.
