Connolly Electric installed an A/C furnace unit in May of 2022. I have paid, in full, $9,940.84. The business committed to install a filter and filter grill which is notated on the technician's inspection report, dated 8/8/22.The nature of my dispute is that the technician estimated it might take a little over two weeks' time for the parts. Two weeks passed without any update from Connolly, so I called them. I was told by ******************************* that a supervisor, Chris *******, would have to call me but no call came. When I called again, two weeks later, I was told that he was no longer with the company and that someone named **** would be calling. No call ever came from him either and I have been waiting ever since. As recently as October 31, I left a voice mail to Chris Connolly, the owner, regarding the above but have not received any response to date. Connolly Electric has not initiated any calls to update or schedule me to complete the work. So, I am contacting the BBB in hopes of having this situation resolved as soon as possible.
