Store displays and advertised items do not match items delivered after purchase. We entered the store asking an associate JK for information on Couch and Love Seat purchase. Said we were looking for an inexpensive, temporary set that was made with metal spring support as well as durable cushions. We were directed to multiple sets and told the last set we looked at was in the description we were seeking. The display model was exactly what we were looking for. However the floor model color was not available and we decided to purchase the available grey color. We paid for delivery(Not Set Up) over and above the purchase price. The two pieces were delivered and after the delivery was made, we noticed the two pieces were NOT the same as the items we looked at on the Display Floor. The items delivered did NOT have metal springs under the foam cushions like the display items. The items delivered had some sort of rubber straps, foam and material to support the fat guy that I am. Very misleading. We then revisited the store and asked for an explanation to our problem and were simply told the items could be picked up for a full refund since they did not match the items we were mislead to purchase. The salesperson said the floor display was two years old and they no longer produce what we were intentionally buying. There was a New and better design now offered( different than what was displayed). When we questioned JK after the delivery, he said he didn't realize the floor model had the springs even though we talked with him about it front of the sofa with the cushion out. We should have been told the sofas are no longer made with the springs, but with the flexible strap supports. We didn't return the sofa, because we had already disposed of our old sofa just before the delivery of the new set and the other styles we looked at would be weeks to get. We feel this was a "bait & switch" situation with nothing but a "sorry, you can return it". Please Contact for photo explanation
