  I hired Reyes Services owner Lorenzo Reyes of Cottonwood AZ ROC 339361 & ROC 331318 for a small job in my back yard. I signed contract on 2/22/24 and he told me it would take three days to complete the job. He was to pave a 6'x12' paver area on one side of patio and 6'x13' artificial tuff on the other side. I also hired him to sand all pavers and apply clear sealer for pavers. His worker did the paver's and Lorenzo did the sand for the pavers but never came back to finish the clear protective covering for the pavers. He kept making excuses about it raining and his partner had a major stroke and he was taking care of him . He wrote on Nextdoor all these excuses. Lorenzo also used a worn out used piece of tuff that I questioned about a lighter streak going through the turf . His response was it was done later in the day and tomorrow it will be o.k. I also asked about not having holes in back of tuff for the water to drain through. I asked him to come and finish his job and to take out the damaged turf. He refused to finish the job and I had to hire another landscaper. I finished the clear paver covering myself with the help of S&A Haul LLC. I bought a new piece of turf from Redrock Landscape in Cottonwood AZ for the S&A Haul LLC landscapers to use I hired 3/27/2024. The landscapers also had to bring in sand to level the ground because the work was not done properly and was also told that the turf Reyes used was an old used piece of turf that didn't have drain holes which would cause mold. After contacting Reyes Services he has refused to refund any money and seems to think that the state will defend him even though he did not even complete work after being paid that is against ROC code. Lorenzo Reyes is corrupt and he lacks any integrity with all his business dealings and I'm not the only one who has issues with him. He owes me a refund total of $300.00 for not sealing pavers , $265.95 for new turf and $335.00 for S&A Hauls LLC . Total comes to $900.95 and I have witness's to my complaint and have pictures of damaged turf and also pictures of landscaper's I had to hire . I will be filing complaints to other AZ state agencies and he is related to a family of corruption.
