I transported my Cadilac Escalade from *********,Wi to ******* , Az. My vehicle got damaged in the process the transportation company hit a bridge and damaged the vehicle in *********, Wi before they state. So in order for their insurance to cover the damages they had to go thru thru with transporting the vehicle and pay for transportation services. I had the vehicle towed to Colision Kings and felt with ***** the owner. The transportation company insurance company covered the damages and the check for $26,500 was sent directly to the shop for repairs that was August 2022. He strung me along for a year and half saying he was going to have the vehicle fixed by a bunch different dates. He never fixed my vehicle, sold the shop and cant get a hold of him. Reached out to attorney general for help but have yet to get any type of resolution.Initial Complaint

May 7 2023 I was involved in a auto accident I called collision king to see if could repair they assured me they could tow and repair vehicle it has been 2 and half months I have lost my rental I have no transportation will be losing everything and collision king has taken over **** from my insurance company and nothing done and my vehicle has been left outside with windows open And more damage occurring he is a liar and a ***** and I have photos to prove and I have no transportation because of his negligenceInitial Complaint

- December 27, 2021 - Collision Kings of El Mirage towed my 2017 ****** Maxima to their autobody repai shop - Other than the car's value I provided *********************** a $10,000 cashier's check - *********** was contracted to fully repair my 2017 ****** Maxima - Dispute is that after almost 6 months I still don't have my car, I don't get ANY updates unless I call them. When I do call I am sometimes told I would get an update later that day but that so called update never happens. I know they have caller id and I know they avoid my calls.- I saw the car and it is in one piece but after 6 months I still don't have my car nor do I have an eta for when this will be resolved.
