I have been a member for discount for gas since 2019 and I have an app for discounts for cigarettes Camel Crush and Shells has always taken them and sometimes the coupon wont scan, so when it does this the cashiers put in a code for this and this has been going on since 2019. I went in a few months back and had a coupon for $5 off for camel crush cigarettes and the cashier I had never seen before was there by himself, His name ******* and when he went to scan my coupon on my phone like it always has it didnt scan and these coupons only give you 5 min to use it. So it didnt scan and he just stood there and said it doesnt work. So i asked him dont you have the code to type in? He said no and I said wheres your manager and he said *************, I said dont you have a number to call the manager and he said. I called customer service and the questions they asked me I had to ask the cashier. I told ******* who would you call if there was an emergency or if something happened and he just stood there and looked at me. So i stayed there on the phone with customer service and after about almost an hour another worker walked in, I asked for his name and he said **** so i told him what happened and that i lost out on that coupon that i rarely get for $5 off camel crush, he said if it doesnt scan theres nothing i can do so i asked him to call his manager and smirked and said i aint gonna call my manager for you and did nothing so i lost out on the coupon. the next day i called and asked to speak with the manager or supervisor so i told her the issue, . I went back the following day cause i got another coupon and it did not scan again. **** was there and i asked to speak with the manager and i told her and she was screaming at me and said very cruel things and said i should not be harassing the worker and was unprofessional. now every time i go *************** at me . I said your coke is out he said ok i waited 15 min and he comes out and says were out.
