I hired Rose Electric to install security cameras. During the hours long install, one employee spent a significant amount of time in the attic. On two or three occasions I heard a very loud, unsettling crash come from the attic; once while the owner was there collecting payment. The owner gave me a concerned look and said "that didn't sound good". Because I hate confrontation, didn't want his friendly employee to get in trouble and since no one came crashing through my ceiling, I didn't say anything at the time. Three weeks later I notice two huge cracks in my ceiling (one in a hallway I dont look up in while walking through and one in my son's room). I reached out to the owner on 3 occasions and he will not respond. He also ghosted us the day after install when I reached out because his employees accidentally ripped our dsl cable off the jack and our internet was down. I would like him to fix the damages caused by his workers immediately. Our house was pristine before they arrived.Business response

On installing cabling for a home security system my crew was diligent not to step on drywall while in the attic. Due to poor construction, when my tech stepped on the truss it flexed slightly resulting in a drywall crack. Nothing could have been done to foresee or prevent this unfortunate incident. I offered to repair crack at a nominal cost, but customer insisted it was our fault and we parted ways
