Worst customer service I have experienced in many years. I am in the middle of passing a kidney stone and spent 4 hours in the ** Sunday night to be instructed to follow up with a Urologist at Flagstaff Surgical Associates the next day. Well, Monday came, I called, was told have to have referral from my PCP. Still Monday, called PCP and setup appointment for Tuesday with PCP. Tuesday went to appointment and got referral. Wednesday, called Flagstaff Surgical in morning to verify referral and get appointment. I was told they would setup my patient account and someone would call me back to setup appointment. 4:50 in the afternoon, no call, so i called back. I was told they just had not got to me yet. I was then told the person it was assigned to would get back to me by the end of the week! I asked why it would take so long to just get an appointment on the books. She said they are buried and don't have anyone specifically assigned to urology, so that work is being done by others in addition to their main responsibilities. I explained to her I was in a lot of pain and asked if there was any way to expedite this. She just said she would note that i had called back in my patient file. WOW! No wonder health expenses are going up so much, now I'm going to have to go to the ** again and go through them to get attended to. I'm sure that is way more expensive than an office visit. Anyway, unsatisfactory answers and poor performance! I definitely would not go to these people if I have any choice in where I spend my money! Thank God I am not in need for some sort of true surgery! I would be worried to death about being put under the knife, if this is how poorly they run their office!!!
