Car dealership is holding onto a $160.00 transaction with no approval or signature from me.Business response

Call me at ************ and give me your credit card number, I will give refund your charge.

Call me with your credit card number and I will refund your restocking fee. This could of all been avoided if you would of just took a little responsibly for coming in ordering parts and no showing on your appointment. We called 5-6 times throughout the month and you had no courtesy to call us back. When we didnt hear from you in over 30 days we charged the credit card you provided the restocking fee. Then you came in my office and said you had no idea what this repair was going to cost this much, which is a lie because you sent me the *** in this email. Then when I asked why you wouldnt call us back and let us know you cant afford it, you wanted to talk to the owner. If you would of just said sorry for not calling back, not told me to go F*** myself and wrote a one star review attacking me, this would have been handled.
