      I have had two separate run-ins with Mailboxes Plus of *********. In both instances, **** instructed me to file a police report (which I did), for mishandling of my mail, which is a felony and punishable with Federal Prison time.In or around August 2022, Mailboxes Plus handed mail from my mail box over the counter to my brother, *****************************, who "asked for it" (the mail). I was paying for my own PO box, and my mail should be confidential, and NEVER handed to someone over the counter. In my mail I had important legal documents that were lost. I did file a police report.The second occurrence happened in November 2022. Mailboxes plus signed a certified letter that was addressed to only me, and they did so without my permission. This was again a legal document, and signing someone else's name on certified mail that is addressed to me to sign is again illegal. I had no intention of accepting this piece of certified mail.**** again told me to report this to the police, which I did.Furthermore, the owner of Mailboxes Plus followed me out to my car and threatened to harm me (or kick my ***, as he said) at my home. He was setting with anger and I thought he was going to hit me. I was terrified and quickly got into my car.I also reported this to the police (Officer *************** send correspondence that you received this complaint. Thank you.

      Our employees and the ownership have never threatened this person nor have we ever done anything against the law, including the handling of US Mail for this person.  We have respectfully performed our duties in accordance with the legal requirements of **** Form **** and the contract executed between this person and Mail Box Plus.  This person has a history of causing uncomfortable scenes in our business, confronting our employees with unfounded accusations and loud outbursts in front of other customers.  We subsequently terminated our contract and business relationship with this person.
