I have been contacting this agency since Monday with all calls/requests ignored; I visited the Round valley ************* re utility shutoff and spoke with rude and nasty "****" wont provide last name, who informed me I did not have the correct identification (a printout from the *** regarding my driver license number and address, and although I had a benefit letter from social security dated for April 2021, rude and nasty "****" informs me this is outdated; "****" is content for me to wait 3 weeks without electric before she can provide any assistance, and which will cause a further barrier as I have no transport to ******** **, to the ***: "****" did refer to me to round valley cares; round valley cares mention this is a pattern with "****", her attitude, refusal to provide assistance, and sending clients to round valley cares; round valley cares could not provide any assistance which "****" at the Springville senior center wholeheartedly, merrily and sincerely sends all clients too, so she wont have to work; "****" represents NACOG, and my question is, why is she assisting people by refusing services; furthermore, NACOG endorses this behavior as NACOG does not return phone calls or requests for assistance; On speaking with **** today regarding the round valley cares experience she began calling me "sweetheart" in a very condescending matter; "****" was corrected to call me ***************** to which she replied she "chose" not to deal with rudeness and hung up on me. Additionally and prior to this, I have uploaded all required documentation to the NACOG client site, and have not received any communication from NACOG; in view of this please publicly post my complaint, and *******" rude, condescending and despicable treatment to the BBB website, for anyone to see;
