I took my Yorkie into this place after hours on Saturday February 25th 2023 because she was throwing up white foam and having a hard time breathing! The vet she saw there was extremely rude and kept saying we are fixing to close sign this paper with a total of $3236.72 they diagnosed her with bloat and were going to put a tube down her throat to supposedly help get the air out along with a ton of other stuff that she did not need. If I had left her there that night she would have died alone in that awful place. I spent $969.68 for them to take a couple of X-rays and give her some gas pills and pain pills which by the way they charged me $30.00 for 12 gas pills! You can get them at ******* for a few dollars by the 100s but all the stores were closed! Its highway robbery!! They charge me ****** just to see the vet! This place is all about the money and could care less about your animals. They showed no compassion to my Yorkie or to me and my son! I took her home because I was scared they would kill her there. My son and I took her to the YAVAPAI EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL in ******** where the vet immediately put her in an enclosed kennel with oxygen because she was in heart and lung failure! That visit to see the vet was $125.00! We ended up having to put her to sleep her heart and lungs were just not working right. So Canyon hospital not only treated my Yorkie horrible but they didnt even give her the right diagnosis! I went in to let them know we had to put her to sleep and they received the records from the emergency vet in ******** and asked for my money back and they refused!!! ALL THIS PLACE WANTS IS YOUR MONEY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HELPING YOUR PET. THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I MISS HER SO MUCH. IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE DONT TAKE YOU BELOVED ********!!! ITS ALL ABOUT THE $$$$. I HAD HER CREMATED SO SHE IS HERE WITH ME NOW IN SPIRIT AND I KNOW I WILL SEE HER AGAIN ON DAY!?? I GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING!!
