On February 1, 2024 I was charged $72.00 for 3 months of trash pickup. I sold my house, had a quick close and canceled pickup service. Last pickup was 2-29-24. I called and sent texts several times to the owner ****, requesting a refund for 2 months of no service. He said that he does not need to refund the money for 2 months of no service. He owes me $48.00. Since when does a business get to steal your money? This was in *****, *******.Initial Complaint

Skyline waste charged us for trash and recycle service which repeatedly did not occur as promised or even at all upon occasion. After having our trash left out for two weeks and receiving no refund for the week missed and not made up, we cancelled service. This business did not perform services we paid for and has said they would refund but have not refunded us. We would like a refund and a formal investigation into this businesss poor business practices and sub par customer service communication.Initial Complaint

I cancelled my service for trash collection and have not received my refund. It is paid quarterly at a rate of $93.00. I have called and emailed the owner ********************* numerous times and as of December 15th I have yet to receive a refund. Also, all my emails and phone messages go unanswered
