Worst internet provider ive ever had.. no service for weeks adding up to over a month and they refuse to credit or fix. Nothing works in my home currently. They told me its on their end due to weather but it hastnt rained in days. They said they are reconnecting cords and theu havent even completed that in 4days...thats 100hours to plug up cord on their end. It sounds very shady. I pay 85 per mont for the lowest internet. Continous outages all year. I play competitive gaming onlone thanks to this company i was repeatently kicked offline and eventually banned for the season. I cant watch tv..i cant use ****** I can play games, I cant use my phone, I cant use my security cameras.Initial Complaint

Numerous outages with being told no credit for days without service since this is a prepaid service. Yet, credit monthly for a ****** review, referrals and auto pay. This should be allowed since I did not get what I paid for.
