I hired vector llc. For 3D printing, and for sum cad designs work that need to be up dated, of my original design. They was very excited to be able to help me with my project, pricing was very reasonable. Other then what I was quoted for, from other prototyping companies.There was a couple of hiccups, such as: they Purchase a new 3-D printer. which had Some problems starting up. Which delayed the project a little. And 2nd. There was sum missed communication, but in the end the result was Phenomenon and it was worth it all great Job you guys..

Vector is one of the best companies of any type that I have ever purchased from. My wife, ******* referred me to them. From Vector, I bought a 3d printer. They also offered a really novel program to rent a very precise 3d scanner. Vector offered both a straight rental as well as a rent to buy option. I now buy all my 3d printing material from them. Their prices are better than anyone's, and the quality is just as good if not better. They have their own line of industrial printers, and they are amazing. I needed something printed out of a very unusual material. Nobody else that I know of could have done this. But Vector figured it out and then did the printing, all in less than a week. I have one word of description for them, which is amazing!!When I brought my Vector printer home, I thought that it was broken. It wasn't. I just didn't know exactly how to use it. I called their customer service. I spoke to *******. He walked me through everything. Since then, the printer has worked perfectly. I contacted their customer service a few weeks later. There were some tasks that I didn't know how to do. ******* schedule an appointment with me to teach me more about 3d printing. He then spent a full hour with me, teaching me more within that hour than the total of what I had known prior to his tutorial. He isn't a show off. Rather, he went through things that I needed to know. Now, I am getting so much out of my Vector printer. On one occasion, I thought that I broke the machine by getting some filament where it didn't belong. I called Vector customer service and spoke to a very nice man. We did a zoom call so that he could see what I had done. The guy fixed the issue within 10 minutes. He asked me to give him a call back in a few days just to confirm all was good. I did and the customer service guy seemed genuinely pleased to hear from me and to hear that all was good. I have had other 3d printers. My Vector printer is by far the best that I have had, and it is far better value for money. I give Vector the strongest possible recommendation. They are beyond excellent. They are the best!!

Recently, I purchased a 3D printer and some material from Vector. The service that i received was amazing. The salesperson was so patient. I am not an expert in the field. I called a couple of other places. They tried to upsell me. However, Vector did the opposite. The sales person spent the time to understand what i planned on using the 3D printer for. I had chosen a printer that would have cost me almost $8,000. The sales person explained to me how i could save a great deal of money, while at the same time, i would be able to use it for more things. The end result was really fantastic. I saved a lot of money and got a better product. I have called Vector a couple of times since my purchase. I havent had a problem. I just had questions to ask. Most places might have given me a couple of minutes and gotten rid of me. At Vector, I got real service. The representative patiently answered all my questions not with one word answers, but with explanations that I could understand. While at Vector, I learned that Vector offers a repurchase program. After 2 or 3 years, at my request, Vector will repurchase my printer for as much 50% of the original purchase price. They will allow me to apply that money to a new item offered at Vector. I don't know of anyone else who does that. After buying the printer, I called Vector and asked if I could have duplicated an item which is personally important to me. They did the duplication, and did it at a price which was much less than other bids I got. Also, the result was so good that i could not tell the duplicate from the original. The work was done faster than was agreed. I am very pleased with this company. Their work is amazing as are their products. And their service is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

A friend told me about Vector. i had been looking for a 3d printer. i also had an idea that I wanted to develop into a product. Vector was great. They really helped me with the printer. They have their own brand, which I ultimately bought. But they didn't push it. They told me about many options. They actually showed interest and explained what different 3d printers do. The Vector 3d printer was priced right. Their guarantee is excellent. For Vector's 3d printers, Vector has a buy-back program. After some use, Vector will buy back my 3d printer at an excellent price and allow me to purchase a new product. At first, I had questions, so I called their customer service. I didn't know what to expect, but they walked me through everything. Their customer service is very good and responsive. The Vector people helped me with the design of my product. They gave me some input that I would never have thought of. Their engineering and design people put serious thought into my product. Ultimately, they did a 3d print of a prototype. They exceeded my expectations. They are both creative and then rigorous in their approach. Their pricing was fair, and they have equipment that I haven't seen elsewhere. Vector has a huge vacuum former, a very advanced metal 3d printer, and an ultra-fast, large resin printer. Going into this, I thought that I would pay a fortune. I didn't. Actually, the Vector customer service person guided me away from excessively expensive solutions and helped me find products and services that were well within my budget. I figured he must be on a commission as most in his position are. After he spent so much time really helping me, I got up the courage to ask him why he was pointing me away from the pricey solutions. I asked about his commission. He explained that he was not compensated based on how many sales. He was bonused based on customer satisfaction. I love it!! I recommend Vector above all others.

I purchased a very excellent printer from Vector Technology Systems and was extremely happy with the value of the printer and with the professional and courteous customer service.Subsequently ********************** designed and printed various projects for me and the projects turned out exactly as I hoped. Vector's designers listened carefully and fulfilled the designs perfectly.

My family bought a personal 3d printer. We also obtained design and printing services. This is without doubt, the best company in 3d printing and other additive manufacturing that I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with quite a few. When I purchased, Vector had a sale on personal 3d printers. if I compare to those available on Amazon, the 3d printer that I bought was far better in terms of the quality of product produced; more user friendly, and generated much better quality. The ones on Amazon that are any good are all over$1,500. I paid around $600, and it worked better than the comparables that go for $2,000 +. Other printers that work by using filament often come out with a stringy look to them. They just don't look that good. The Vector 3d printer consistently produces excellent products. As I had a few questions, the staff and Vector were always attentive and very helpful. Vector provided design services and did some 3d printing for me. Again, their work was excellent. Their prices were fair. They performed the work under budget and very quickly. Vector took the time to understand my needs. I gave them a basic design, and they improved it tremendously. I recommend this company. They are the best that I have ever dealt with. they must be one of the very best. Had I known their high-quality standards, I might have been reluctant to call. i would have assumed them to be pricey. They are not.
