            Refuses to honor service they sell you then try to upsell you. Refused an alignment after selling it to me because my truck had new ball joints and they werent the shop that installed them. They wont honor their Groupon for alignment but instead offer to do it for twice the price by charging 2 hours labor. When asked for them to return the money they refused and said to go to Groupon If theyre this dishonest with their offers, then how dishonest are they in billing and working on your vehicle?

            This person was never a customer of ********************** Tire. They purchased a coupon through Groupon for use at Cobra Tire. The Groupon specifically states that there are exceptions and terms of use that have to be met as well as stating that some vehicles do not meet the requirements for use of Groupon. When this person came into Cobra Tire and the Fleet Manager explained the parameters of the Groupon, this person became agitated and abusive using derogatory language. It was stated that "We were ridiculous and would be sorry." This person was informed that the purchase was from Groupon and that refunds could be secured through Groupon. There was never a contract to repair nor an attempt to upsell anything. this person had work performed on their vehicle elsewhere and did not like the Cobra Tire policy regarding any work done to a vehicle prior to being serviced at Cobra Tire.
