This is the worse company. Dont do business with them. They are unreliable, ask for payment first and dont give back refunds. It has been about a month, I am still waiting for a refund on a job that was never done. This is after multiple phones calls which lasted 30 minutes each. Each representative tells you a different story. I would have gone no stars if that was an option.Review from rami r

This company Ready Logistics is part of (Manheim Auto Auction) and both are not reliable and no customer service at all, yes you call but the rep who answer the phone don't know anything, they can't help you because they work from home, anyway i did place an order to transport a car over 10 days ago, i called about 7 times to find out why no one contacted me to pickup the car but no one care, so please do not use this company.Review from John L

Terrible transport service for dealers. 0 **mmunication, and NO you dont get a 1 hour or a 24 hour call prior to delivery, like their advertising states. This ** hires unprofessional uneducated drivers who dont have a CLUE how to transport vehicles for dealers. Worst customer service ever en**untered as a dealer. Scam, scam. They Really deserve no stars. No one knows what's going on, no one does anything, no one notifies you of cancelations, payment is required in full upfront but load is never delivered.Waiting a month now and nothing yet they're sitting on $995 that was paid in full that I cannot use to hire someone else but they cannot deliver.Scam, scamReview from Darrin S

Bought a vehicle on 3/02/23 and still have not received vehicle as of 4/04/23. Have called over and over again. Every time being told they are going to escalade the order. No manager seems to be working because I can not get one on the phone. Absolute terrible transportation logistics company.Review from Blake P

Horrible company that doesn't give a sh*t about when you get your cars. Shortest delivery from Dallas to OKC 3 weeks, longest took 6 weeks (my flooring was only for 8 weeks) with more storage fees than what I paid for the vehicle. This company sucks and we will never do business with them again.Review from Josh R

Horrible company. I ship between ***** cars a month. They regularly are 10+days late and dont even care when you call them. I just pulled 3 orders that were waiting for dispatch and assigned then to a different shipping company due to this companys lack of accountability and inability to properly manage their comitments.Constant issues with this companyReview from Kevin R
