      Im very upset to find, now that we are applying for a loan after completing your credit repair program, that MCG didnt clean up our information with the 3 credit bureaus. Equifax wouldnt release our reports due to old addresses and errors on names so our mortgage lender had to help remove those items. There are still fraud alerts on Experian and TransUnion which needed to be removed as well. We also had to remove disputes before moving forward with FHA. This is costing us much time and $1000 paid to MCG for these services. I was also told by My Credit Guy that if I paid off my collections that they would be deleted. I requested documentation showing accounts deleted from our credit files and got no reply. I want a partial refund of $250 for the work that wasnt completed. My Credit Guy knew we were paying to fix our credit to prepare to buy a home and yet neglected to correct these basic items. I even had to pay accounts in full that werent removed from our reports. What kind of business are they running?!The incompetence is astounding. I was told the program cost $700 for my husband and I but was charged $1000. I feel taken advantage of since we did everything that was requested of us and yet the work wasnt performed as promised. Please refund the $250 today.

      I signed up for this service in December of 2020 and cancelled in June 2021. I am requesting verified proof disputes were initiated on my behalf. During the time I was a client I never received any written communication from a debt collector or the credit bureaus in regards to the disputes submitted on my behalf. Deletions were obtained from payments made to creditors. Experian has no record of disputes filed while I was a client of my credit guy. I submitted a dispute before signing up and on my first round review from a counselor filling in for ***** She took credit for a deletion prior to signing up.

      In response to the complaint, we can provide the letters that we sent to each bureau to dispute the inaccurate items. The only way we can prove that letters were sent is by either having the client forward the physical results they receive in the mail, or analyzing an updated credit monitoring report which we were able to complete each time the investigations were completed. With our disputes, we helped the client get multiple items deleted from her credit report without any payment. In addition, we helped the client save money by successfully negotiating pay for deletions and settlements on her behalf. We were in constant communication with client and there was no mention in our records of them being unhappy with our services or the outcome of our process. 

      We would be happy to have a Credit Coach Manager reach out to further discuss the work done on your case and go over the letters we sent for you. We hope to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

      As i stated before in my complaint and prior documented chat with a counselor I NEVER received anything from a credit bureaus regarding the disputes submitted. Please provide proof of the letters sent, I never received anything from any credit bureaus. My credit guy should have copies of all correspondence sent on my behalf, deletions were only obtained by negotiating pay to deletes and which some were never deleted even after payment. My Credit Guy is aware Im unhappy because of the cancellation of services that was granted after acknowledgment of my ****** review. All of my concerns were outlined.I have no problem paying for services, however I do not appreciate the deceptive business practices.

      We are going to make the letters we sent available in her portal within 48 business hours. In addition regarding proof the letters were sent, the credit bureaus do not send us anything directly, they only send results to our clients and we do not have any control over what the credit bureaus do or do not send to the clients.

      Our process includes challenging inaccuracies on the credit report, but we also cannot guarantee deletions on valid debts. The accounts were validated by the credit bureaus so we then helped negotiate settlements and pay for deletions with our settlement team.

      my credit guys has not made the letters or proof available for viewing.
