On 8/10/2023 I activated my gift card from my wife for a players pass. She paid $50 for the gift card to be able to play ******************************* ** at discounted prices. However, after activating the membership I find out that only 13 of the 126 listed courses as advertised are even available for discounts. Only 3 of those are even within 60 miles of me. My complaint is the fact that they advertise all these courses they are associated with, but even the 3 near me have personally told me they don't even know about this company. I have tried to contact the company via email with no response 2 weeks later. This is a typical bait and switch act in which they say they offer all these courses, but yet they aren't associated with any that I have found so far to even use the players pass with. I have asked for the money of the gift card back, but of course no response yet. Attached are photos of the advertised courses and then after activation a snapshot of the actual courses available with the highlighted 13 courses found and those near me.
