On 8/10/2023 I activated my gift card from my wife for a players pass. She paid $50 for the gift card to be able to play ******************************* ** at discounted prices. However, after activating the membership I find out that only 13 of the 126 listed courses as advertised are even available for discounts. Only 3 of those are even within 60 miles of me. My complaint is the fact that they advertise all these courses they are associated with, but even the 3 near me have personally told me they don't even know about this company. I have tried to contact the company via email with no response 2 weeks later. This is a typical bait and switch act in which they say they offer all these courses, but yet they aren't associated with any that I have found so far to even use the players pass with. I have asked for the money of the gift card back, but of course no response yet. Attached are photos of the advertised courses and then after activation a snapshot of the actual courses available with the highlighted 13 courses found and those near me.Initial Complaint

On 13JUN2023, at or around **** was the date of this transaction ***** for purchase of Gift Certificate They claimed I didn't purchase the Gift Certificate, but when I tried to get someone to fix this, by Email (twice) and By phone (left message.) No one tried to reach me email or phone. They claim I didn't purchase it. My question is, if I didn't purchase, how did I get a CERT Number. (self explanatory),The Email I received was a general email that both said the same thing (see attached), without any information. Players Pass is a bad investment and I must make sure everyone knows they are a bad business and hopefully effect their bottom dollar, even if they don't care. I purchased the players pass for $50 on 2/5/23 hoping to save some money on golf and as a recent retiree, some golf courses in other states. Today I brought my 2 for 1 coupon to the course and they were not affiliated in any way with the pass. They had spoken with several other courses in the area who had the same issue.Initial Complaint

I bought a membership for $79.20 on January 15, 2023 and received a confirmation Order #**** but have never been able to access my membership. I have called Players Pass a good number of times but they never answer their calls and they don't return the calls when I leave a message. They also never respond to my email requests. The message I always get when I try to sign in on their website states that they do not recognize my name or email address even though their receipts show my name, address and email.So they have defrauded me of $79.20.Initial Complaint

On March 7, 2022 I purchased a Players Pass for $79.20, Order #****. After making the purchase I emailed support to find out how to set up my account. They sent me an activation number and told me to click on Redeem and enter the activation number. Then set up my account. I followed the instructions and set up my account per their instructions. When I went to log into my account I received an error message saying my account was not recognized. I clicked on retrieve ID and after filling out the information and submitting an error message came up that it didnt recognize my name or email address. I sent a message to support to get help logging into my account and they resent the same instructions that were previously sent. I then went back to Redeem and entered the activation number and got a message saying the account has already been redeemed. I then tried to log into my account and had the same issues. I took screen shots of the issues I was having. I sent another request to support for help along to help them solve the problem. I received the same instructions that didnt work the last time and proceeded to try to log in to my account again only to get the same results. I contacted support again and havent received a response back. In the request I stated to them that they keep sending me the same instructions to fix the issue that have not worked. I told them I am trying to be patient and asked that they resolve my issue. I stated that if they didnt respond I would file a complaint, which I am doing now.
