    I was referred to Rocky Mountain restoration for water mitigation ******************* couldnt handle. I was hesitant about signing the contract due to not knowing exactly how much my insurance was going to cover. After I received word from my insurance company is going to cover the work I was told Rocky Mountain can start I then signed the contract and gave them the go. 2 weeks passed and all the company did was bring two machines to my house. 1 left in my restroom where water was mildly leaking and 1 machine in the hallway. Insurance agent came by to follow up on the mitigation and nothing was done. My home insurance agent was surprised the company hasnt started yet and I showed him the text I received from a Rocky Mountain employee is that they have a emergency to attend to first and they will follow with me after. 1 week passed of using my house as a storage for their dehumidifiers I texted and canceled the whole job. My insurance paid Rocky Mountain for the *** they did which was the asbestos test. I then received bill stating I have to pay Rocky Mountain out of pocket for their water mitigation. My insurance agent confirmed work was not conducted since nobody showed up to conduct work. I stated to the Rocky Mountain agent that my insurance was ready to pay them for the work authorized. The key word is WORK. Nothing was done at my home and Rocky Mountain said they personally set up the machines at my home. These are false allegations. Not 1 employee stepped in my home to connect a machine. The email from Rocky Mountain states... After reviewing this with the team, I was advised at the time the tech left the equipment was running; the dehus and air scrubber were set and running for stabilization. In addition, the testing is protocol and was required. You endorsed the work auth and acknowledged that you had appropriate insurance coverage. Furthermore, if the carrier did not pay and/or there was a residual balance, you would be responsible for that balance

    LIARS !!! LIARS !!!!I wish I could select a Negative STAR !!! LIARS !! Said they would help through the whole process and referred other companies to do work and as soon as ROCKY MOUNTAIN was paid they GHOSTED US !!! Now i'm being stuck with a 7k$ Bill from another company !!! The whole PITCH was " Don't worry you will not be billed for anything ... we will be here the whole way ... call us with any concern !!!" NOW .... NO ANSWER !!! GROSS LIARS .... LIARS .... LIARS !!!!
