On November 27, 2021, ******* wrongfully suspended my account for a tweet that did not violate ******* rules. Upon suspension, the email stated that my tweet violated the rules against "hateful conduct." This was merely a mistake on *******'s system for taking a playful tweet entirely out of context. My tweet stated, " @ChartingSZA @sza @sza now release it whore" which was in response to a tweet about a music artist that I like, whose unreleased song was charting. So in my response, I tagged that artist telling her to release it, with no real expectation of her seeing it, it was just a lighthearted comment that clearly showed my love for the artist and the song rather than actual hate. Nothing in my tweet had malicious intent or hate involved. *******'s Terms of Service state, "if we determine that the primary purpose of an account is to incite harm towards others on the basis of these categories, that account may be suspended without prior warning." Which goes against their actions of suspending my account because my account never revolved around inciting hateful conduct towards anyone.
