On 3/30/2022, I purchased a firearm from this company. It became apparent that the product had numerous defects. Firstly, the firearm was severely scoring rounds that were being passed through the chamber. Secondly, the firearm was showing signs of excessive wear. The upper receiver was scoring the charging handle and the lower receiver was scoring magazines that were being inserted. The firearm was taken back to the company on 4/4/2022 at ~11:45 am. They claim to have fixed the issues regarding the firearm scoring rounds but did not rectify the issue regarding the upper receiver and the firearm is still showing signs of premature wear.Noting this, I called the company requesting a refund which they declined. Many have told me the firearm's behavior is not normal and should not be used. Additionally, when I took the firearm in, an employee unintentionally fired the weapon inside the store, outside of their designated testing area, at ~12 pm on 4/4/2022. This means the employee didnt clear the firearm, putting everyone in the room in immediate danger. This was only a few feet away from two other employees, myself, and two customers. No one was wearing any protective equipment as we werent in a designated discharging location. The round impacted the wall roughly three inches above ground behind the countertop with the cash register. This is in clear violation of ARS 13-3017 which states that an individual cannot discharge a firearm within the limits of a municipality and did so with criminal negligence. This is a class 6 felony punishable by up to 3 years in state prison.I have lost all faith in the company and believe their product cannot be trusted to safely operate. After inspections from current AR15 gun owners and side by side comparisons, it is believed that this was a defective gun that was sold as brand new. Given the circumstances, I do not think my request for return and full refund is unreasonable. See Extended.pdf for uncut version.
