I needed a complete unit replacement. I was recommended TeoPros by my HOA after having a few companies come and give me quotes. TeoPros wasn't the lowest, however, I felt positive about the the recommendation from Snow Propery Services(I believe ****** knew the owner ******). ******** called and had to reschedule a few times as the part was having some delays. **** and 2 other guys came Friday, August 19th at 8AM. I have Muscular Dystrophy so I stayed a rested in my room while they replaced the unit(mind you all day, there was no A/C, which is understandable). I had to go bring my daughter medicine as she was staying with my aunt because of all the dust that covered most of my dining, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. **** texted my by 8PM that he was done and that if it would be ok to leave since I wasn't back yet. I felt horrible he had been there so long, I said that would be fine. I came back and my condo was hot. The thermostat was set to 77 and it was reading 80. I sent **** a text and he informed me he would be over the next day. He had other jobs so I left with my daughter who came home that morning. I went around to stores so we would could escape the heat. **** texted me at about 4ish that he was on his way, He was able to get the air to work and informed me that there would be some leaking as the system would decrease the water leaking once the temp became lower. About 5 mins after he left, it started pouring water out. I sent him videos and told him that I was going to shut the unit down because being handicapped, I was concerned at my electrical box is right next to the unit. I took my daughter to a hotel somewhere in tempe because the Westin felt safe and could accommdate my disease and child(this was Saturday. I believe he texted me around 11 that he was on his way (Sunday) and I told him I was getting the hotel to bring me my car and raced home. He did some caulking but that the drip pan he bought wouldn't fit so he would have to return it and come back during the week. At this point, I got my dad involved. I felt very concerned because I paid $6,599.99 and I was still having water leaking. I then got sick with pneumonia and was hospitalized and texted **** and my dad that whenever **** could come back my grandma or cousin has keys to let them in. I believe my dad chose to have **** do some pipe changes, drywall was cut. That still didn't resolve the leak. After numerous calls to ******** they sent out ******* who finally fixed the leak but I explained to him that because of my pneumonia and chills, I notice the heat wasn't working and the air flow into the room to the left of the air handler was almost non existent.

We are very sorry the customer feels the way she does. We have completed the work per the signed agreement by the customer. As there were issues that we later found needed to be addressed, they were completed and the hvac unit is working properly.

As per the customer's request for resolution of a billing adjustment, we have previously adjusted an additional $1500 ductwork collapse repair, which was not our responsibility and $1500 additional drywall and paint that was not our responsibility. These items were both outside the scope of work of the signed contract. We repaired these items and adjusted the change order from $3000 total to $0 cost to the homeowner and we did this automatically. Perhaps the customer was not aware of the additional costs to TeoPros to make things right. As a result, that is the only billing adjustment that can be applied.
