I have opened auto insurance policy with Jason office and on February this year I tried to call and add vehicle to my policy and they tried to add and sell me product and I declined them but they still added them to my policy and I have tried to call back since February to remove the extra product such as glass and rental and roadside assist but the agency of Jason has very poor customer service and very bad attitude and fake promises and they try to not pick up the phone and run away because they know that they made mistake and until now no one ******* to help and they have charged me soo much money and not ******* to return calls or even fix the problem I have soo many advance on trying to reach out but they are never there to help also they keep telling me the owner is on vacation or buy and Im getting charge for policy everyday on something I didn't agree to and now they are the retting to cancel my policy or I pay the amount it is very wrong from them to do and they are stealing my money at the point and I would need my money back.
