This is a continuation on complaint #******** filed March 2023. Owner of Oasis Green LLC (*****************************) made an initial attempt to resolve the problem by sending a crew over to remove the dead sod. They then poured sand into the empty space and left. When I followed up with him 3 weeks later he claimed the sod available was of poor quality and within two weeks he would have a high quality product installed in my yard, that was April 18. He has not responded to any of my requests for information since that time.I have been patiently seeking a resolution from this business owner for months. Filing a complaint with the BBB was the only reason I received any communication from this individual. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this ongoing issue. Attached is a screenshot from ***** advising the sod would be installed within two weeks, dated April 18 2023.

All requested warranty work has been completed by Oasis Green. Crews installed 800 sq. ft. of brand new Midiron sod in place of previous sod that had been removed previously.Customer response

Oasis Green installed 760 sq ft of sod in backyard 04/2022. Within 2 weeks of installation 4/5 of the yard started to die. I took pictures and contacted the owner who sent a grass specialist out to see what was happening. He advised that he was going to get the sod warrantied out, but it would take a few weeks. After close to a month I started emailing and texting, finally in late October 2022 he emails me stating he was going to send a crew over to remove the old sod and have new installed. Since that time I have sent numerous emails asking when he is going to take care of this and have received zero communication back from him.Business response

Good afternoon. I am emailing in response to the below email I received this afternoon regarding a customer complaint filed with the BBB on 3/14/23. This is the first communication that I have received from the BBB on this matter that I am aware of however, we have already been in communication with the client, Mr. ***** *****. His old turf has already been removed, the new turf is ordered and should be installed at the home next week.
If there is anything additional that we need to do on our end with the BBB related to this filed complaint, please let me know. Otherwise, we will continue our good faith efforts to rectify the situation directly with the client.
