It really bums me out to leave this review because I was referred to *** and Sprinkler Fix Pros. But I just had the most bizarre experience I have ever encountered with any contractor. After visiting our home and performing a diagnostic of our irrigation system, we were provided a quote to complete the necessary repairs as well as some needed improvements. Total contract amount was just under $4,000 which we thought was a lot but because of the referral, trusted it was a fair price. We signed the contract and project was scheduled to begin on 4/11. *** and crew showed up on the scheduled day and started the project and were at our house for about 30 minutes and then abruptly left. I received a text message from ******************* time later indicating that they had hit a snag and would not be moving forward with the project. I called to discuss the situation and we talked about possible solutions but it was apparent he had no real interest in completing the project. When I pressed him on the fact that we had a contract and that he had reviewed everything before sending me over the bid, he told me that we were finished and that I could find another contractor before abruptly hanging up the phone on me. I attempted to call him back, left a voice message and received no response. I texted him as well apologizing if I had said something that upset him and again didnt receive a response. Its quite unbelievable that were at this point. Fortunately I was not required to put down a deposit but now we are likely 4 weeks out from finding another contractor to fix the issues as we head into the hot summer season.
