I hired lawn love to mow a small area of grass in my backyard. They showed up the first time and then up charged me for having tall grass which is fine. I told them I wasnt impressed with the service and the price so I cancelled through the website. No one has shown up since then so I figured it was canceled. But then realized Ive been getting charged $38 bi weekly for a service that I am not receiving. They tried to tell me Its because they couldnt access the backyard. I told them I work from home and no one has knock or even tried calling me. They charged me 3 times since my cancellation. They just recently charged me Monday October 17th. I had guys doing travertine in my backyard the whole day Monday. The gate was wide open until 5 pm. They clam they showed up. I asked at what time, and he couldnt provide me the information and said the best I can do is give you a $40 credit to your account. I said why so I can get charged for another no show? I wouldnt recommend this company they have very poor communication skills. I have my own pool company and if I cant access there backyard I first knock on the door to see if anyone is home. If that doesnt work I give them a call. If they dont answer I leave a message on there voicemail. I then text them and tell them that I couldnt get in the backyard do to it being locked and I work it out with them from there. Its not hard to give people a courtesy text the day before service.
