      I ordered products on July 25th, 2024 and paid *****. I contacted the business on August 15th. The company responded that they were back-ordered and would fulfill it within a week or two. I contacted them two more times with no response. I have not received the products that I paid for.

      I have not received my order from months ago. I have sent them many/several emails to cancel and refund my order. However, I received nothing but excuses from them each time. I am currently going to file a complaint in small claims court. This business needs to be put out of business. Their business practices are completely unethical, and they are literally stealing customers money.

      I placed an order on Aug 8th, Order #******, it took 3 weeks with emails to finally get a tracking number from them due to it being backordered. On Sept 9th I finally was given a tracking number but the package has yet to move at all and it has been over a week. I just want them to ship my order. This is becoming a repeating issue with this company.

      On July 3rd, 2024, I purchased several items from their website. I have been ordering their product for years without issue. The first time I had an issue with delivery was late last year. I had to beg them to finally ship after a couple months. This time it has been 2.5 months with dodgy emails and finally just no response. I've been blocked on their social media pages for requesting resolution. They are still advertising these products while claiming only after you've purchased, that they are on backorder. Extremely unscrupulous company. I don't know how they are still allowed to operate.

Dates never met, pushed out weeks. Demand for cancellation of order and refund refused. Order: June 26, 2024 First attempt: email requesting shipment/refund: July 11, 2024 Response: we will ship in a few weeks.Second attempt: email on July 22, 2024 Response: shipping notice that was not valid. Order did not ship. Multiple emails ensue.       I placed an order with Trio Beauty on 7/26/2024. I was charged $78.30 on 7/26/2024. As of 8/17/2024, my order had not yet shipped. I contacted the company via email and the company responded stating that my order would ship no later than 9/6/2024. The company claimed the delay was due to an outage at their fulfillment center. I checked on my order on 9/7/2024 and my order still had not shipped. I contacted the company via email. The company responded stating that the shipping delays had been addressed and now my order would ship no later than 9/27/2024. The company offered a 20% discount toward a future purchase. I replied again via email to the representative asking for a 20% refund on my order since I do not have any intention of ordering from the company again. As of 9/11/2024, the company has not responded to my last email.
