I signed my daughter up for black belt Karate with America's Best Karate in August 2019. I signed up with a full payment plan and paid close to $3000.00 I stopped sending my daughter to classes from March 2020, because of the pandemic.America's Best Karate merged with Next Level Krav Maga in August 2020. I was not notified of this merger. There were no correspondences from America's Best or Next Level about this merger. I found out about this merger through a friend of mine that was also a member of the full payment plan.I reached out to coach ******** when my daughter was eligible for vaccination. He asked me to reach out to Next Level. I reached out to Next Level on 11/03, and I was notified that they will not reimburse any refunds and there will be no discounts. I stand to lose about $2000.00, factoring in the fees for classes already taken (my daughter attended 7 months of classes from August 2019 - Feb 2020.I would appreciate coach ******** or Next Level refunding me after deducting the cost of classes for the 7 months). The original terms of contract was that if I left the program mid way, I would be charged $149.00 per month for the number of months and refunded the balance.
