    I called to have new fixtures put on my bathtub/shower combo. The technician that arrived broke a piece if the original fixture and it was stuck in the pipe. He tried for over 2 hours to remove the piece from the pipe. I finally asked that he call the owner. He said the owner was busy. The owner would not answer my calls or text messages. Finally the technician came back into the house, packed his stuff and said that the owner told him to leave and for me to call another company. He left my bathroom completely unassembled with all of the fixtures off and a gaping hole in the wall. We were unable to turn the water back on, as it would have flooded the bathroom without the shower fixtures installed. I had to call another emergency plumbing company to come to my house late at night and fix the problem that was caused by the techician from Water Rehab. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered!

    When we arrived, your cartridge needed to be replaced (Thats the part stuck in your plumbing) Sometimes when cartridges break, they need to be removed piece by piece and it takes time. Any professional plumbing company knows this is something out of our control. It happens, but also-its very fixable, it just takes time. We offered a service call after hours to accommodate you. This was not an hourly job, the amount of time it would have taken would not have cost more or less and you became frustrated with the amount of time it was going to take (Not 2 hours as you stated). After your very verbally expressed frustrations, you called ************** profanities and insisted on hiring another company while yelling at ******** was in the best interest of ************** to exit. We did contact you within 30 minutes after your call/text and you again stated you were going to hire another company to complete the job and hung up on us before we could even address the situation. The pictures you have shared are of the incomplete Job you said you wanted another company to fix. *We have offered to send the owner to remedy the situation and the customer has refused. ********************** refuses the right to service any Customer that threatens or verbally abuses employees*
