      ***** in service did not advise that the 2023 Tucson would be getting a reman transmission. ***** states I would get a new transmission.

      This place is an absolute joke and its not surprising at all that they have an F rating on here and that other people have written negative reviews. It's also pretty sad to see that they seem to be doing the exact same thing to everyone else that they have been doing to us and it is disgusting that this place is still in business DO NOT go to this dealership and DO NOT do business with them. They are rude and crude and dishonest and they are sooooo unprofessional!! The sales team and the service guys will lie to your face and don't even get me started on the worthless management I bought a 2018 Hyundai ELANTRA and I've had nothing but problems with both the car itself and the dealership and they have taken ZERO responsibility. Not once have they even tried to rectify the situation They will manipulate you until they get your business and they you are stuck with people who truly DO NOT CARE I've had about 25 different issues so far and those issues started as early as three days after driving the car off the lot and not one time have me and my husband received an apology. I went in a few months ago for a tire rotation and an oil change. A few different people have warned us that they are known for not rotating the tires or actually changing the oil so me and my husband marked each tire with a different color and when the car was done..I noticed that all of the colors were in the exact same spot and when i asked them about it they accused me of lying and they asked me to leave And today?!?! Today i went to discount tire to get some air and i was informed by them that my 2018 car has 2016 tires on it so they told me to call the dealership and let them know I called and they dont care They will also try and promise you the world and they won't follow through with any of it We were told that if we need any type of service done and we don't have another vehicle to use then they will give us a loaner and not once has that ever happened Stay far away!!!!!!!

      42 minutes ago NEW I bought a 2022 GV80 last year. Had no issues till about a week ago. While driving the engine RPM will drop to ****. There is no gas pedal response. I get a Malunction indicator light and immobilizer indicator light. While this is going on it will shift to neutral all by itself. I have to put over a d come to a stop. Put it in park and it will start. I called Genesis of ******** yesterday cause it happened 3 times. I was told maybe we can get you in August. I said no problem cause if it happens again I will call and have it towed to the dealership. I was told they are not accepting emergency at this time. Today I was in the area to see what can be done. Was told the same thing. I have appointment Aug 10th. Well driving on the freeway doing 75 today it happened again and was lucky I was not rear ended. I have been calling 5 times to tell them what happened and no response. This is a major safety issue and should be taken care of. I will never get another car from this dealership.

      Also Known as Hyundai San Tan, Gilbert. I bought my car less than a year ago, and it has an electrical problem The lights don't turn off even when I manually turned it off. They automatically turn on again by itself. The first time it happened in the middle of the night, so next morning the battery was dead. They had to send me a towing service and they changed the battery only, despite I explained this will happen again because the original problem was not solved. The following day, same thing happened again. This time the battery was not dead because I was lucky to see the lights on before it was too late. I came back to the dealer, but they said, I had to drop the car there and leave it for at least a week to check it out. But this problem will be under my own expenses and solutions because they won't give me any loner or rental car until they determine my claim. This was a cero miles car bought in this dealership, and I am not taking of something that costs few dollars. I called Hyundai Corporation to complain about it, and they open a claim. I was supposed to received a call from a Representative during a week. I have called three times without any luck. They do not have any respect for the client and any consideration at all. But this was not the same behavior when I was buying my new car last year. I think they have nice cars, but they lack on service and good dealership. This is something that I will take in consideration when I have to change my car again. Maybe is more important a reliable dealership than a nice car. I am very disappointed, and I know they don't care at all because they already sold the car.

      My 2015 Hyundai Genesis needs a simple software update for the driving module. This dealership's solution is to have my car towed then and wait MONTHS for this simple update. At some point, they are going to mail the module to who knows were. My car just sits on their lot for months. Even if it is fixed at some point my battery and engine won't like sitting in some dirty corner of a car lot. No one cares there. They are too busy. But they have time to sell me a new car if I want one. Seriously?
