      This MB dealer has inconsiderate staff and incompetent mechanics. I'll never go back to this dealer for car service and purchase of parts for my MB car.

      Terrible car quality control and horrible service from Mercedes Benz of Gilbert, ******* 1)I bought one certified preowned 2022 GLC there. *** car was broken on the way home due to overheated coolant (low level). I called the salesperson on 5/1 and she asked me to call roadside assistance by myself and then hung up on me. And nobody from Gilbert said a single word sorry to me and Actually even nobody followed it up with me after that.2) service center inspection result: the coolant cap was completely off the coolant reservoir and the coolant splashed everywhere. ***y helped to clean the compartment and told me that the very strong odor of the coolant in the cab is normal and will disappear after certain time.4)But the smell exists forever! After a long drive back from **********, my wife and son refused to sit in the car as the smell is so disgusting and all of us suffered itchy eyes and skin issue.(I dont know whether it was caused by the coolant vapor).5)I googled it and found that the coolant is corrosive to the car and poisonous to people! 6)I realized it is serious problem and made an appointment with the salesperson to visit the Gilbert store on 07/09. (We were out of town in June.) *** salesperson didnt show up! 7)I explained the story to the General Sales Manager in store. He never felt sorry for this car issue and kept arguing with me that: it was my fault! Why didnt I go back MB of Gilbert immediately? Even if my family suffered health problem due to the coolant vapor, it was my fault! 9)If you dont believe my story! Please check how they did the customer survey: I gave the lowest score and left comments about the worst quality and service. After several days, I received the email from the general manager: dear customer , I want to personally thank you for purchasing your vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert. I am confident that your experience with us has been positive. Are you kidding me? Apparently, nobody checked the survey!

      Mercedes Benz of Gilbert dealer in ******* is a scam company. *********** $1000 on 7/10/2022 for traded and bought a used car at that dealer, but my wife didnt like it because the 2022 ******** **** A220 is a vehicle without front seat power The salesman **** told **, you will have your refund on 3 days. We waited but we never have money back. I texted, and called **** (salesman) many time; he said, so sorry, you would have the refund soon but that dealer never refund my deposit. What will we would say Mercedes Benz of Gilbert is a honesty company a SCAMMER COMPANY ?

      I did purchase a new vehicle from this dealership and I traded in my old car, They said that they will email my the paperwork but they did not. I did go to the dealership after 10 days and they printed the copy however there was 1000$ different, When I asked why you told me different, They said there is no prove so please check the paperwork and make sure the amount is correct. On the other hand they told me that I will be charged 40$ per month for service and gap insurance and that was a wrong as well. I been charged 4600$ for 3 years. Do not trust what they say. READ THE PAPERWORK

      My vehicle was stolen from the dealer on 12/15/2022 while in for service. All the. Dealer cared about was the loaner car being returned, not about my car. The police were notified and a report filed. Dealer negligence caused my vehicle to be stolen while under their care. Avoid this dealership if you expect customer service!

      Avoid this dealer at all costs. We've had multiple issues with Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. The first occurred when we purchased *** from them a few years ago. As we negotiated the deal with them, they left out certain fees and add-ons that were only visible once we got to the point of signing documents. Additionally, they had mistakes in the financials, to their benefit, that I identified before signing. In retrospect, we should have walked away from the deal.We later considered trading up in vehicles, clearly we didn't learn from the first interaction. The salesperson didn't listen to our requests and never followed up on the requested information. Fortunately, no second deal with them.Most recently, we had the *** in for service. We have frequently found their service department lacking in professionalism and follow up. In fact we fired our last advisor. When we dropped the car off this time, the experience was poor with the new advisor. He was late for our appointment and was rude during the drop off. We dropped the car off on Thursday and it was supposed to be done on Friday. Friday we were notified it would be done on Monday. We called the advisor, the manager of the service department, and the general manager of the dealership multiple times on Monday and Tuesday with no return calls. In short, our car is held hostage by their incompetence. We will certainly NEVER do business with this outfit again.

      WARNING. Do not trust these people with your Social Security number and other Financial information.I was looking to buy out state Vehicle and I had my bank to do the credit app but they Convince me 101% they could beat my current rate that I was getting. I provide them with my Financial information and they came back 1.5% higher than my credit union i was Originally going for.1.5% HIGER ON A 800+ credit score.???They Miss lead me to get my Information and ran NOT ONCE BUT multi times hard inquiry on my credit so they can lock me in to buy their vehicle because they knew I been looking for that Specific car around the country.They do this everyday and they know They couldnt come close with my credit union Interest rate, but yet they lied to me so they can get force me to buy their car Because I dont want to run my credit again.They are dishonest, they have unexplained Charges that I never heard before and most importantly what do they do with our information?How do you feel when a Bussiness ran your credit ************** without your Consent.I also have a proof of conversation that they ensure me that they can beat my Interest rate.I am going to blast them in every social media BBB and etc so make sure people know what kinda operation Gilbert ******** is running.

      STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert Service - no respect for customers, dangerous workmanship quality, no professionalism, and significantly disrupted my work, life, and pocketbook this week. I had my vehicle repaired by Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert and picked up on June 14, 2022. I noticed days later extreme vibration started to occur on the vehicle, coming from the rear of the vehicle. I reached out to Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert service department to inform them of the issue, and they responded with saying its because I didnt have them replace the recommended front strut for $2,900. I replied saying it was totally opposite of the vehicle and this was a serious vibration. No reply. Thinking it could have been a tire balancing issue I took the vehicle to get the tires balanced. That tire shop immediately noticed the rear passenger wheel had only ONE intact working lug nut and the other THREE LUG NUTS WERE BROKEN OFF and CROSS-THREADED into the hub, which was causing the vibrations. I called up Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert and told them about this, which I had already told them previously something was wrong, and this only confirmed that case. The immediately started to question if this other shop did the damage, question what was going on, refuse to address the issue or take accountability or responsibility, but instead blame me and others. They said they needed to inspect the vehicle in-order to determine what might have happened. I received a call later from *******************, who was questioning my wheels, lug nuts, if the tire balancing was performed prior to the wheel being looked at or after, which made no sense considering the text I sent the service advisor, *******************, days before this was discovered upon attempting to have the tire balanced, it was a complete and utter refusal to take any accountability or responsibility. They were very rude to me, took no ownership of the issue, immediately assumed I was in the wrong, cost me lots of $$, Stay AWAY!

      I was looking to Purchase a $75,000 Mercedes ******** van, and pay $20,000 over ***** **** **** value for the ********, I needed it for work. I spoke with Virgil who said I need to put a deposit down or the van wouldn’t be available. I put $1000 deposit down and submitted my info for the loan. They came back with a 7% loan agreement when my credit score was over ***. Virgil told me he would refund the deposit and he would do a one time refund for me. I put the deposit down on 10/12/21 and it’s now 11/21/21 and my last few texts have been ignored with no deposit refund yet. I buy a lot Of cars and always look at Mercedes of Gilbert because my family lives there. I’m coming to town next month and I will be stopping in to discuss this. A high class brand with a great reputation I hope they can live up to this and make this right. I ended up getting a 2.99% rate at another Mercedes Benz which is even more mind blowing. I wanted this deal to work with Gilbert but I was treated with poor customer service
