I find it easy to assume the person making this claim is guilty of 1. driving through the parking lot, and at a higher rate of speed against the rules of the apartment complex directly on the path. The renters have been o formed upon rental agreement that they are only required to drive around and not through the parking lot because of an older clientele. These were in place because they have had issues in the past. I applaud the owner for finally taking a stand.Review from Sam M

The Owner ***************************** became angry and approached my vehicle in a hostile manner because me and my family were driving in the back parking lot that is located behind his business. This area is a public parking area as there are other businesses and an apartment complex located around it. After advising of my right to navigate the area he approached my vehicle further and advised me that we dont belong here and began muttering racial slurs. Please stay away from his business per spectacles as reviews indicate he is frequently rude to his customers and regular by standers as well.
