I had 2 appointments scheduled for procedures, both were cancelled by the office within an hour of my scheduled appointment time. Now the office has moved the place of service to a surgery center out of network with my insurance, as opposed to in the office as it was done last year when my appointments were scheduled. When I do get speak with someone from the office on the phone they say they are waiting on the insurance to see if they will cover treatment at the out of network surgery center and if not, they will see if the doctor will preform the procedure in the office, as was done prior to the new year. Instead of accommodating me in the office since my other appointments were canceled, it seems they are trying to wait me out. Every time I call Im told the doctor **** in the office and they will call with an update the following week (I always end up having to call them). My concern is that it seems like I am having to wait an extended time for treatment since my appointments were canceled and now it seems they are unwilling to accommodate me in the office as they would have in the past. Im not sure if my appointments were canceled so I wouldnt be seen in 2022 and then be unable to have treatment. The office is very hard to get a hold of, voicemails are not returned and they do not follow up when they say they will.Initial Complaint

This office has been double billing for their services. I have been attempting to have them correct this error for three months. I have called, left messages with receptionists, left voicemails, emailed, and physically went to the office with copies of my receipts. After the last conversation, when I gave physical copies of my receipts to ****** at the front desk, I was told this shouldnt have happened, I never should have gotten a ****, and its taken care of. Its obviously not taken care of because I received ANOTHER **** with the exact same services I already paid for. In fact, per the statements I have overpaid by $86.93 On 3/4 I paid up front $423.08. I had to pay before they would let me in for treatment. On 3/18 I paid up front $188.74, again paid before I could be treated. I have now received three bills with the charges from these same services. They show that I owe $524.89 after insurance. They didnt apply the $611.82 that I have already paid. I cant reach anyone in the office that can help me. Ive emailed copies of my credit card statement and my receipts from their office twice with no response. Which led me to bringing physical copies of my receipts to their office on 6/20. I want this corrected immediately, including the overpaid amount refunded to me. There also better not me any late payments or negative information reported on my credit either.
