      Booked appointment for yearly service given a date of Oct28th between 7-9am Technician did not turn up. I went out to do my shopping at 9:43 he called to say he was on his way, no comment about being almost an hour after the appointment times. I told him I was not available but had been at the house for the full 2 hours waiting for him. I called terminix to complain and asked to speak to the office the tech came from. She could not do that but said she would ask the manager ***************** to call me. That was almost 3 weeks ago and he NEVER called. They did the same a year ago, very similar circumstances. They appear to think that customers have NO RIGHTS, they ignore you and I find it interesting that their head office is in ****** is that so they can avoid US laws and ignore the customers!!!!!!!!!!!

      This was placed under SOS Exterminating not Terminix. SOS Exterminating is a DBA of Terminix. I sent over the complaint and information to the Terminix location which services this area. Their contact number is ****************. Unfortunately SOS doesn't have access to their customers or their schedules.

      Until I hear from this company I reject this response.I have called them REPEATEDLY. SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO PASS THE ***** If they are associated with your company I think you have a responsibility to get some sort of response. It took you long enough to even send an Phone #!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This letter is to address the complaint made to the BBB by *********************, Terminix customer ********

      Customer's Original Complaint

      Booked appointment for yearly service given a date of Oct 28 between 7-9am. The technician did not 
      show up. I went out to do my shopping at 9:43 he called to say he was on his way, no comment about 
      being almost an hour after the appointment times. I told him I was not available but had been at 
      the house for the full 2 hours waiting for him. I called Terminix to complain and to speak to the 
      office the tech came from. She could not do that but said she would ask the manger to call me. That 
      was almost 3 weeks ago and he never called. They did the same a year ago. Very similar 
      circumstances. They appear to think that the customers have no rights, they ignore you and I find 
      it interesting that their head office is in ****** is that so they can avoid ** laws and ignore the 
      customers!!!!!!!!

      Terminix is a ** company based in ******* *********. Ms. ****** inspection was completed on 
      11/22/2022.

      The issue that ************** had was with the ***** ** Branch. The technician that was late has been 
      counselled to keep his customers informed should he get behind on his route so the customer can 
      make the decision if they would like to keep the same day or move the appointment to a day that is 
      convenient for them. I apologize for the inconvenience that my technician caused you. In the 
      future, please contact me directly if you have any issues.

      I have tried to contact you A NUMBER OF TIMES!!!!!!!!!! In addition to the original complaint you set me up for another appointment the week of thanksgiving, I CALLED TO SAY I WOULD BE OUT OF TOWN. It was a female who said she would pass the message on and cancel the appt. Guess what SHE DIDN'T CANCEL IT. ON THE TUESDAY HE WAS CALLING ME SAYING HE WAS AT THE ***** OF MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have left my phone # for you a number of times but I guess YOU ARE TOO IMPORTANT TO CALL ME. I STLL HAVE NOT HAD MY YEARLY SERVICE. YOU SHOULD READ THE REVIEWS FOR TERMINIX! They are NOT GOOD. I am hoping to find another company to take on your coverage because terminix is USELESS and I would put you along with that.
