It is not worth the risk to bring your pets here. I am a former vet tech and now an MBAc and senior strategic leader at a nationwide pet care company. When something goes wrong, we make it right, because pets are people's family. Dogs 24/7, on the other hand, has NO IDEA what they're doing. They have no process for investigating pet illnesses (they didn't even know what an ROI was to request my vet records, and had no idea what their business insurance is for), they frequently send pets home sick (according to several former employees), and will ghost you if you have a problem with how they treated your pet. When I picked up my dog after a 2 night, last-minute stay over the New Year's holiday (or else I would have just used the company at which I work), the girl at the desk commented on how tired my dog had been acting that day. I didn't think anything of it because it's an cage-free facility and she was probably getting some exercise. Little did I know, that lethargy was from a severe gastrointestinal allergic reaction that began while my dog was in Dogs 24/7's care. She continued to decline throughout the night, vomiting and becoming pale. I took her to an emergency vet, who confirmed that my dog had gotten into something and had an allergic reaction and she finally came home after a 24-hour stay and a $1,300 vet bill. Dogs 24/7 will not take any responsibility for this, and as I mentioned above, they clearly have NO processes in place for when a dog is injured or becomes ill under their care. All I got was the runaround from several extremely unprofessional "managers" whose goal is clearly to make you feel stupid. I even got an email at one point that said that they would only speak to my lawyer-- I didn't even mention legal action at that point, and I STILL haven't (admission of guilt?). All I expect is for my dog to be healthy when I pick her up from a boarding facility and for the facility to make it right when they could have killed my dog.

This place is beyond unethical, filthy, and they degrade their customers and act like theyre licensed vets and their staff is full of liars in order to make it seem like the customer is wrong and that they did no wrong doing/ harm to our pet. This place needs to be inspected for cleanliness and neglectful manner of ones animals. Id you look at their other facilities reviews across the valley you will see dogs constantly come out smelling and getting sick. Update 11/10/2021 DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. WHAT SO EVER. My dogs ***** matter Analysis came back and she has giardia from this facility (out another 156 dollars for more medication) and my dogs not getting any better. On top of that I have to worry about my other animal, my husband and Myself because it can be transmittable humans. ***** is being super unhelpful in this situation and all I am asking for is a refund (280 dollars they misquoted me on) from their neglect of care of my dog for their filthy facility to offset all my vet bills piling up and she won't even do that apparently because "we would be out of a business" if so if we didn't follow our contract. I asked for her higher up because obviously not getting anywhere with her. THE LEAST very LEAST you all could do is give me 280 dollars you all can afford for your incompetent, neglectful manner, of cleaning your facilities properly. At this point They DO NOT care about your animal and will not do right by their customers. Obviously I am not the only who has had issues with this place with their animals getting sick and the facility being unkept. ALL I WANT IS MY 280 dollar refund!!! That is the least you all can do! Other than that folks expect them to imply you're liars, are crazy for getting certain tests done on your dogs because they're sick, and also have their team members lie to their colleagues about what happened.11/5/2021 My dog kept showing worse symptoms throughout the day yesterday and took her into the vet this morning she has kennel cough and they will also be doing a ***** matter analysis to see if she has parasites. I will be contacting the boarding facility to see if they will be helpful on this situation since my bet bills are now close to 400 dollars. Will update once I speak to the facility. 11/4/2021:Honestly not even sure where to begin. I brought my dog here two times prior for doggie daycare/ orientation before boarding her for 5 nights this last week (over Halloween weekend) and she seemed like she had fun while she was there so we did the 5 nights. Dropped her off Thursday (10/28/21) we picked her up Tuesday (11/2/21) and she was happy to see us but got home and was tired rest of the day (likely from being in a room with a bunch of dogs 24/7). However first thing that made me extremely mad is the incorrect quote for boarding I was told 31+ for a day and that my total would be 156 (until I added an extra day) When I go to pay it was 280! They quoted me the wrong price and said that was only if I had a membership which they knew I did not when I booked over the phone. So I ended up paying more then I was expecting (not cool guys NOT COOL), however my main concern is how my dog I still SO LETHARGIC AND HAS NOT EATEN AND HAS BARELY DRANK HER WATER. She is usually soooo hyper (shes still in a puppy stage 1.8 years). If she is still like this tomorrow I will be calling our vet to set up an appointment. She did make weird coughing nose last night but nothing that ive noticed so far. But some of the reviews on here are worrying she may have gotten sick. And Ill agree the back room they have these dogs in is quite dirty looking. So I will update if she ends up being sick, but one, MAKE SURE TO VERIFY WHAT THEY QYOTE YOU and see if this even a place you want to leave your dog. I will not be coming back to this location.
