Mr. ** *. with Quality Plumbing *** in *******, ** installed a PurHome X-**** Whole House Water Filter system for us in July 2012. This system has a 10 year media filtration warranty. We called ***. to come service the unit since it was getting close to the 10 years. During the service process ***. concluded that the kitchen sink was not hooked up to the whole house system. We were so shocked because that was the main reason we had the system installed, so we could have safe & clean drinking & cooking water.When I called Mr. * about how he was going to correct the problem he said it would be at our expense. I insisted that he was the professional ************ should have installed & checked it out initially to make sure everything was working properly. He continually tried to place the blame on us and finally hung up on me.
