During the first week of Aug 2023 Plumbing and AC Medic was working on my neighbors house and turned the water off to my house (unintentionally). I noticed that my mist system and my backyard waterfall had stopped working so I went in the back yard to investigate, couldnt identify the issue, so I went to the front yard and discovered 2 individuals from Plumbing and AC Medic in my front yard. I asked them what they were doing, and they explained that they had accidently turned off my water instead of my neighbors water. They apologized and stated that the water would be restored momentarily, and it was. The total time that my residence was without water service was about 20 minutes.Once the water was restored, I noticed that my backyard mist system turned back on but stopped working after about 5 minutes. I reached out to the service provider that maintains my system and explained what had happened and the service provider explained that running a mist system without water will burn out the water pump. Subsequent t investigation revealed that both the pump and the motor were seized because of running the system without water.The mist system is a custom system that costs nearly $3000 to install for all parts and labor. The pump and the motor currently retail for $700 and $300 respectively and the cost to remove and replace would be an additional hourly charge.Business response

Beware of predatory company!I called the company for a $49 water heater flush and check up. After they finished the job, there was still hot water in the tank. I thought it was strange, but perhaps I lost track of time and they were there long enough for the water to heat up again. Then as the tank emptied, it was replaced with cold water. I freaked out and thought they had broken something. I ran out to the electrical box and discovered that the switch was off. Scenario A, they did the job and forgot to turn on the switch in which case, there would be no hot water in the tank. Scenario B, they did not do the job and switched off the power to prey on unsuspecting customers to sell overpriced water heaters ranging from $2125 to $3500 and waved the $49 for the work they did not do to build trust with their customer.Business response

I am truly sorry for the experience ********************* had with our company. I have tried to find out where we went wrong but cannot contact her. See the details below:
The customer reached out to us and requested a water heater flush and inspection. We arrived to the home and flushed the water heater. We had 2 technicians on the job site and verified the water heater was flushed. Due to the age of the water heater we gave options for replacing the waste heater as preventative. We gave 3 options for the customer to consider. She chose not to do anything at all which is totally ok. We simply wanted to educate the customer on options for when the time comes to replace it.
We were never called back when she found her breaker to be off. Had she called us we would have went right back out to turn it back on. We didn't charge the customer anything for coming out. I have reached out to the customer 4 times and she will not respond. (See documentation below) I am not sure what else to do.
on 11/11 at 2:47pm I called the customer on our recorded line and when I said who I was she hung up on me. I then called her again right after she hung up and left a message to please call me back. She has not returned my call or message.
On the same day I sent her a text correspondence with an apology and a request to speak with her. She has not responded.
On 11/14 I emailed the customer with my contact info. She has not responded.
I have screen shots of the email, the text and recording with time stamps and dates of my calls. Please let me know what we can do to make this right. I am sad that we have made a customer feel this way.
